Egg Nog Cake with Butter Rum Frosting. Cake Balls to decorate and an Almond Bark Star. I still like the IDEA of this cake, but have some serious work to do to get it to look like what I had in my head.

First of all, my cake balls were WAY too big. And I think next time I will use M&M's as lights. It still seemed to be missing something. I might also add some snow on the branches and plan to do a little more carving to get the branches more uneven looking, and it needed a cupcake layer on top.
