Red Heart Cake
This is my sample cake for my customer. The cake is white chocolate butter cake with raspberry buttercream filling and the cupcakes are chocolate cake with white chocolate cream. The decoratings made with chocolate fondant.

Yes, homemade fondant. It is harder to work with, but taste a lot better.
Noi, can you tell me the size of your heart pan and the recipe for your red mmf? I can't get my red mmf to never works. I would love to try and duplicate this cake if you wouldn't mind!!! Thanks sooooo much. I just love this cake!!! :D :D :D

Cocoabean; I got the recipe from (...) Check it out and you can send any questions to Peggy, she will answer your questions really well. I used 9 inche round pan and shape it by hand to save money from buying heart shaped pan. Hope this will help.
