Snowflake Topped Wedding Cake
Three tier cake. Middle Layer is Chocolate Fudge cake with Chocolate BC filling and top and bottom layer are White Almond Sour Cream Cake with Raspberry filling. The cake is covered in BC and overlayed with fondant. Royal Icing design on cake and fondant snowflakes high lighted with super pearl. My first wedding cake and done for a family member.
