Made for my niece who loves dolphins. When I showed her the cakes by Jackie and mommacakes, she wanted one. I don't really have the skills, but I tried. She requested a chocolate chip cake, and I used luscious buttercream frosting. Fondant figures and shells (the boarder is fondant sand dollars).
