I saw this funny character, made by "Seven", and I've been looking forward for the opportunity to make one myself. It is for a Jr.High youth groups' New Years Party.
Thanks for the comments :) Yes, the hair took just over an hour to do. The eyes and feet are mmf and I got the glasses and hat at a party store. I glued the same ribbon around the hat that I put on the cake board. I had allot of fun making this and all the kids loved it.:)
