I would love to know how these were done too! my dtr has her birthday coming up next month, and I know she'd LOVE that idea for her party!

i cut a sheet cake with a larger circle ( 3in). then i cut a peice of the bottom so that it would stand. then i covered in buttercream then sprinkled with spricnkles. i made the handles and the snaps out of fondant and brushed them with luster dust. then i decorated them differently with the pearl balls.
