Power Ranger Cake
This cake for made for my son for "Brother's Day". This was celebrated the 3rd Sunday in July. We started this tradition when on Father's Day my son (6 years old) asked, "when is Brother's Day?" I also have a Sister's Day cake (Bratz) in my photos for my daughter. This cake was WASC with raspberry filing and vanilla bc. SO GOOD!
By the way...I hated the way the decorations came out on this cake. For some reason, I did not mix the buttercream well enough, or needed more water and my icing had lumps in it, which kept clogging my piping bag. Not to mention that the FBCT was too darn thick and didn't sit well on the cake because I didn't bother to level it. GEEZ.
