I took the Wilton fondant and gum paste course several months ago, this is my final cake. I'm overall happy with how it turned out but I accidentally used a 9" cake pan instead of the 8". I was in a rush so I used the baked cake anyway so it was a bit shorter than I wanted. But I had fun working with gum paste and can't wait to do it again!
