In community album: 2006 Holiday Cake Contest
The bottom tier is belgian chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling, covered with red fondant icing the top tier is white chocolate mud cake with a mock cream buttercream filling(very sweet!) and the tree ontop ismade from pastillage the tree is also a tealight candle holder at the back, all made from sugar.The top cake has a sugar rope around it with stokings,candy canes and baubles hanging from it!The guys at the front are polar bears!!
