This was for a man who was leaving to join the RCMP training program in Saskatchewan. It doubled as a wedding cake as he and his fiancee also got married that day. The bottom layer is four 10" squares put together and the hat accents are made from fondant. The brim was a cake board covered in fondant. The buckle is dusted in lustre dust. The cake was sculpted.
