New Baby Christmas Cookie Bouquet
This was ordered by a customer for a friend who had just had a new baby. I actually did several variations of this bouquet w/ one gingerbread man or woman or child to represent each family member. The "baby" was from Wilton's mini cookie cutter set. The star in the back has the family's last name initial.
Your cookies are great. I too love the outline. I think I want to use the same technique b/c I think it looks better than the straight outline.
The dotted outline is the finishing touch. It is great to cover up imperfect outlines. I just use a 3 tip and dot around the border w/ stiff royal icing and then flatten the dots with my *clean* fingertip
