This cake is covered in red fondant with Royal Icing webbing. The cake was a yellow cake with chocolate frosting, (requested). Since they wanted chocolate frosting I decided the easiest way to get the red color was using fondant. A little tricky covering the bust, but did the fondant in separate pieces and hid worked it out so I could hide the joints with webbing. The head and neck are molded from rice krispie treats.
