this is a neat cake, great job. how did you do the shape of the roof ?

I stacked 1/4 sheet cakes and then cut away the shape. The roof is made from fondant strips overlapped. It took me about 6 hours to make and I only charged $350. The turret is all fondant with a dowel rod through it.
