thanks everyone for the comments! the penguins are just two round balls of black fondant. i rolled out some white and used the top of my luster dust can to cut out a circle for the face and then just cut like a heart shape on the top. i then used the top of my shimmer dust can for the circle for the body. the feet are just circles of orange fondant w/ mashed toes and the scarves are hotdogs of color and white fondant rolled together. i posted the cake sizes on the other picl. hth, good luck!
