That sounds scrumptious! I've never thought of putting orange and strawberries together. Bet it tasted amazing!! How did you get the chocolate so smooth and with the two toned effect?

I actually used a trick that I learned from a baking show by Chef Michel Richard. After you bake and fill the cake you take a piece of plastic warp and you cover it with melted chocolate. Put it inside your baking form and then put your cake also inside the form and wrap it with the chocolate covered plastic. Chill it for a while, take it outside of the form and gently unwrap it. That's why the surface is so smooth :) Then I powdered the surface with cocoa powder and decorated it with fresh strawberries.
