OK, so I finally did it!! I made a 3D cake from scratch. No pans or anything!! It's a pound cake with cream cheese and pecan filling and MMF icing and accents. I have been wanting to do a roller coaster cake for a little while and, although it's not perfect I'm glad I gave it a go!!
