I wanted to use a scratch recipe so I mixed up a batch of white sour cream wedding cake batter. I made so many cupcakes that I had enough to send cupcakes to my workplace and my husband's workplace. This cupcake has fresh strawberry buttercream. Last night I used more cs in it, and I think it now has the perfect consistency. Yesterday I also sent some lime buttercream cupcakes to work.
