My First Official Wedding Cake!!!!
Well folks,here it is-my first official wedding cake. This is the infamous "Serious Cake Topper Help needed" topic of mine. The cake serves 144. It is a white chocolate butter cake with buttercream icing. EVERYONE raved about it. This cake was for my husband's brother's wedding today. It is over. I'm glad. It withstood being up for over 8 hours before we were able to cut it. I am tired and have been up for over 48 hours now....No charge for it (our gift) so let me know what you would have asked for it. Very creative! I love it, it is so pretty. I would have loved to have had a cake this pretty for free for a wedding gift. They should feel very lucky!

Yes, I did the set-up- helped them "figure out" how to make their first cut- and I cut the actual cake- and I did all the clean up for the whole table- and I'm taking care of their top layer for them since he is shipping out to Iraq in Feb.....I did the whoooolllleee thing from design to flavor to set up and heck...I even ate it too!!!! (The photo is missing the petit fours on the two empty plates. Cream cheese mints on the other plates. And yup I did those too)
