Many many thanks and props to Sarahscakes for the inspiration and help with this cake. It is a copy of her's (well actually it is not even in the same ballpark but it is as good as I could) It was a practice "dry run" to see if I could pull it off. I did it all in one day and won't try that for the actual event. UGGH. Choc. cake covered in MMF ,with MMF lace and gumpaste hood. Next one won't be as tall and the lace will be smaller and more delicate. Any other ideas on improvement are welcome
