This was a surprise cake for a girl who is a major in materials chemistry. The beaker (fondant covered RKT) is supposed to "explode" with fruit - specifically mangos and strawberries. It is a 3 layer Cake Bible white chocolate whisper cake with fresh mango and strawberry filling iced in almond buttercream. The "snake" on the top of the cake is the old symbol for alchemy and was done as a FBCT (I've posted a seperate cake picture to clearly show it)
