My First Class Cake
This was the first cake I completed in my Wilton classes. I was so proud at the time at how smooth my icing was. It's funny how much I notice how not smooth it is now. But that is all part of learning. I felt so decadent tinting that many colors of icing at the time too- what a hoot! I am so glad I took these classes.
Actually, you did a super job on your smoothing for the first cake!!! I think it looks wonderful and I agree with you..I'm so happy I took the classes as well...I bet you were sooo excited about this cake!!!
