I made this for a graduation party for my nephew who is going to college. A two layer 17x11 inch cake with two flavors one half is a vanilla butter cake filled with french vanilla mousse and the other half german chocolate-chocolate chip cake filled with caramel coconut pecan filling. Frosted with vanilla buttercream. The Wasatch Mountains scene is hand-painted (first time) in buttercream.
