Rexy, these are actually not that time consuming, one bit piece of red fondant to cover the whole cookie, then a small piece of flesh colour for the face, a bit of black for the boots and belt, and then you just pipe in the rest.

OHHHHHH! Those are adorable! They have such sweet faces. Too bad that the heads are usually the first to go! At least that has been my observation in watching children eat those kinds of cookies!
