this was a grooms cake made with chocolate cake and chocolate buttercream. I made the initials with melted dark chocolate. (learned a lot of things I should have done--just too late to fix it)

Beautiful! How did you get the fruit to stick to the side of the cake? Toothpicks?

thanks! Tooth picks and wooden skewers (sp?) I let as many as I could just rest on the cake and then stacked on top of that.
