My Second Castle Cake
Here is another castle cake. I got the design from a member here on CC, sorry can't remember her name. The round cake is darn good chocolate cake and the square one is a buttermilk chocolate cake. Filled with Boston Cream. Both cakes iced in buttercream. Towers are paper towel rolls rolled in fondant. Really disappointed how the picture turned out!

that is a great castle! i agree that it is disapointing that photos sometimes don't do the cakes proper justice! Almost need to be a photographer aswell as cake maker! LOL
I used a crusting buttercream recipe from this site (which also tastes awesome!) I let it sit for quite awhile.
