This was a really moist chocolate cake with ganache between the layers, covered in ganache, with Pirouette cookies pressed around the outside, tied with a ribbon, and dusted with cocoa and powdered sugar. I did this for a family Christmas party because I was really pressed for time and didn't have a lot of time for decorating, but everyone there oohed and aahed about how beautiful it was! :)
