5 year old Conner LOVES Steve Irwin "The Crocodile Hunter". He tells everyone that he (Conner) will be the next Crocodile Hunter... hence the wildlife cake. I searched high and low for a Steve Irwin figurine, but couldn't get one in time. This cake is a two tiered french vanilla cake, with the top tier being filled with strawberries. Buttercream with rocks made of fondant dusted with mahogany luster dust. Conner wanted "lots & lots" of snakes plus a crocodile. My thanks to Memphis Zoo!!! He loved his cake.
