10in oval carrot cake filled with orange buttercream. Covered in fondant flavoured with orange extract, dusted with lustre dust. Decorated with fondant circles painted with lustre dust. Royal writing. Made for my sort-of mother-in-law (long story!), who will be 66 on Monday.
