Daisies and Ganache
I had a lot of anticipation for this cake but I ended up disappointed. I have admired the recent pink cakes, daisies and poured ganache. Even though I prefer pink, I thought I would do something different. My ganache was too thick and my daisies need some life breathed into them. I have already gotten some great advice from the disaster forum and I am very grateful. Dark Fudge cake filled with whipped ganache and vanilla buttercream icing.
This is for my family for Sunday dinner, so no stress. Smile
