The bow is gumpaste and the rest is fondant. The customer wanted this one to be really decadent so got my chocolate cake torted with two layers of raspberry filling and middle layer of ganache, then covered in whipped frosting and fondant. It made me hungry to make this one :lol:

I love the deep color of the ribbon and bow. It must have taken a while to get it to that color. Great job

yeah, it used alot of food coloring but the hardest thing was matching the color of gumpaste to fondant...
