I was asked to do this cake for the 1yr old.Let me tell you, this cake was sooooo much work.Holly Cow.And it weighed a ton.On the way to the recipients place the cookie monster had disagreement with Elmo and cracked his head while they were left unatended in the trunk of my car.But other than that Elmo seem to recover pretty quickly.

Holy cow! :o Is that a buildup of BC frosting on their backsides? That does indeed look like a lot of cake! Pass the ice-cream, please! And where's my fork!

Holly Cow!!! 8O I just posted the picture of this cake yesterday and it already has the most favorites of all of my other cakes.Wow,you guys really know how to make me feel goodLets see if I can cover all of the questions..
Lejla 8/12/07 at 9:28am
Oooppsss, clicked the enter accidentaly.Lets see.I used a square 12"x12" cake pan(six layers). Then I baked two balls in the 3D ball pan for the heads and another two halves of the ball for the shoulders. Then runing two dowel rods trought the Elmo and two trough the cookie monster.I then build up the backs with extra cake and lots of BC.But before I take all of the credit I must pass the credit to the smf-tls it was her work that inspired me. ;-D
