First Chocolate Wrap
This was my first attempt at a chocolate wrap. I was unable to locate either acetate or mylar, so I improvised with a plastic report cover that was two pieces. Worked fairly well and got rave reviews so I will definitely try again - hopefully this time with the right tools! Used Dark Chocolate Cake recipe from CC with my orange buttercream frosting and chocolate dipped strawberries. It was for my Dad's 70th.
Yummy! I think I'll definitely have to try one of these. It looks really neat and not like a first attempt at all. What did you use for the trim around the bottom of the cake?
