Melting Pot With Roses
This was baked in a 6" terra cotta pot - covered in fondant (the roses are fondant too). I was really bummed that it started to sag - I want to blame humidity and heat and the fact the roses were really heavy! It was made for my husband's grandmother, who was taking it to a friend for her birthday, she wouldn't let me try to fix it - she thought it was perfect how it was! Just hope there are no CC's at the party, they would notice!
Wow, those roses are gorgeous! Love the pot too, especially the lip which is beautifully imprinted!! Great job!!
That is so pretty :) Very springlike :) the "Sagging" that you speak of is barely noticable..it looks like a real pot that way :) very pretty :)
I love this cake. Can you please share how to do make it?
