Yule Log

Someone asked me if I could make a Yule Log,and of course I didn't say no.Even know I never made one before,so this is what I came up with.My problem now is ,I don't know what to charge for it,lol.

I am charging $20 for mine -however not happy with my recipe.....can you pm me what you used? - This is alot nicer than mine looked.

Your cake is beautiful! I tried mine, and the cake fell apart and broke in several places when I tried to roll it. I kind of pieced it back together with the icing. Can you pm me the recipe you used for your cake? It looks really beautiful!

if it is about the size of a quarter sheet you should charge about 35.00 there is an easier way you can make these.
