It might be in the wrong category....sorry...this was a last minute cake for my nephew. Just a simple 2 layer strawberry cake with stabilized whipped filling. Iced and decorated with pirouettes and blue and silver ribbon. Monogram in fondant colored to match bow and added a quilted design with dots of icing and dusted with luster dust.
