Thank You Teacher
My daughter wanted a blue ribbon cake for her teacher. She described it to me in extreme detail.
Later I was looking through the galleries, and found a similar one by my friend Claudine1976. Thanks Claudia for the tips and the vote of confidence.
The cake is devils food, fudge icing, buttercream. Ruffles are fondant, plaque is fondant with a little tylose added. Edging is gold luster dust with vodka.
