These are the Wilton Hats Off to the Holidays mini cakes which I made out of Triple Fudge Cake with Chocolate Mint cooked icing injected inside. They are covered with microwaved store bought icing poured over and then a thin layer of fondant. The pompom and headband were made with Vanilla Buttercream and piped on with tip 233.
