I have been looking forward to this cake order for months! I had never used marzipan to sculpt before, but it was so easy! It tints really quickly, shapes well, keeps it's form beautifully and dries semi-hard overnight. I will definitely be using it all the time now for my decorating.
The only thing I changed was instead of making the mushroom stems from fragile sticks of gumpaste, I used toothpicks soaked in coffee then dried out. Easy!
