Those came out great! Could you tell us how you did them?

Thank you! I used a cookie cutter and cut out a couple of cake layers then I cut fondant in to strips and airbrushed the with green, brown, and black then wrapped them around the cakes. Using gumpaste I made a "tube" of "crab", "cucumber" and "avacado" and cut slices out and put it on a layer of whipped cream and them filled the rest with white sprinkles.

Excellent! Making me crave for some sushi now :D
