this is the dreaded black forest mud cake i was desperatly looking for a recipe for, it is black forest mud and was delicious... with chok fondant , the fondant is wrinkly on purpose to simulate a real mountain... the man is gumpaste and the sign behind him says DANGER, its a cake for my brother who is a keen snowboarder, going to canada this year for christmas, hope the snow is ok, i have never seen snow, so was all guess work, turned out ok i think though... except the buttercream snow that is yelloish ..
