I made this figure for a friend's annual tree-trimming party. I heavily relied on inspiration from this site--thanks everyone! The cake was chocolate, with whipped ganache filling, and ganache frosting. It's not pictured here because I assembled the cake and topper when I got to the party. I put these little guys on a 6" cake form, and used straws to support the form on the chocolate cake. That way, my friend got to keep the topper after we ate the cake.
