Bridal Doll

Bridal Doll on Cake Central

Chocolate pistachio cake with bc and fondant. Made this for June 3, 2007. Wilton doll pan and 10" round. Due to my lack of a quality camera you can't see the handmade sequence and pearls on the dress. The little plaques on the side were fondant that I painted (food color and vodka) pictures to match the tablecloth. The back of the dress had little bows all the way down. Also used disco dust on the round cake.

Wow, what a LOT of work! You did an excellent job! Was the Bride extra special to you or do you put that much of yourself in to all your work? Regardless, you should be proud of yourself! It's beautiful! :)

The black was a doll pick decapitated and arms cut off. Then I covered it in fondant. I got the idea from CC. Thank-You for the compliments. It was for a friends daughter.
