This is a cake I made for my aunt's 25th anniversary. She is a very fun and wanted something different and one of a kind. The cake is chocolate with coconut filling and a vanilla bean cake with pineapple rum filling. I used the faux fondant frosting -it turned out pretty well. The flowers and butterflies are gumpaste.
