This is great...can you tell me where you got the picture to do this...I have one to make for my neice next week and it "has to be Elmo" I have not found an elmo as good as this one.
Thanks. I've gotten to where I like to do the "transfers" onto the top of the cake and fill in with stars. I used the Wilton cake pan instructions from here for the stand-up elmo. I changed a few of the colors since I covered my board with a green disposable table cloth cut to fit. Everyone loves the effect of him on top of a cake.
