Snowflakes

Snowflakes on Cake Central

These are covered in buttercream (with some vanilla caramel creamer added) and candy melt snowflakes.

Thanks for the nice comments...you are too kind! I made the snowflakes using candy melts and a small writing tip (1 I think). The patterns are from my husband's scroll saw magazines...I just placed them in a clear sheet protector and traced and filled in like a chocolate transfer. They really didn't take all that long...maybe a couple minutes each. Thanks for looking!

Did you use a parchment bag to pipe the snowflakes w chocolate (with tip 1)?..... I just think these are outstanding.

For most of them I used a disposable decorating bag with the tip, but to be honest for a few i just used a ziplock baggie with the end cut off! LOL It's hard to see all the mistakes in the picture!

Invisible mistakes or no, they really blow my mind. Can't imagine that much symmetrical piping, all by hand - they look like they must have been made with a cutter or mold. Bravo!

LOL...I was going to do this for my daughter's teacher but was not able. It is nice to see how pretty they are nice job!
