Holly Petit Fours on Cake Central

These are my first Petit Fours! Ladycakes Pound Cake Recipe, with CakePhun's Icing Recipe.

Here it is...1/2 cup whipping cream to 1bag candy melts (mine was 1#). Place a bowl over a pan of hot water; do NOT let the water touch the bottom of the bowl, the steam will warm/melt the candies. Stir every now & then until melted, it doesn't take long! Once melted, I add 1/2 to 1 tsp. almond. I dip them with a toothpick, let most of the excess drip off, then I place a fork under the petit four and twist the toothpick out, then "scoot" the petit four off the fork with the toothpick. HTH
