Butter icing with blue coloring. Colored gold fish, fruit roll ups as the "seaweed", gummy sharks, orange slices were used for the jellyfish decorated with white butter icing to illustrate features. I used the candy "nips" for the outter part of the turtle and broke up two green gold fish for the body parts. Sand was graham crackers and the colorful "pebbles" were crushed up colored gold fish.
