White Cake
This is my first fondant covered cake. It's a butter pecan cake with buttercream icing. Covered in white fondant and buttercream design/roses. Like I said, this is my first fondant cake so the surface isn't too smooth, but I'm working on it :)
Really nice job here. My first fondant cake sagged so much on the sides that it was totally unreal. After that disaster, I stopped trying to master the technique. I'm happier with my buttercream. But you did a great job here! Very nice. Patting you on the back!
