This was for my grandfather's 93rd birthday. A few years ago he asked for a coconut cake but ended up in the hospital before he got to eat it. I decided to make it this year. Coconut cake with coconut BC filling with Buttercream Dream and toasted coconut. I was worried it would be too much coconut, but even those who aren't normally fans of the flavor loved it.
