I used the Wilton pan for this- is that cheating? I have made this baby carriage four other times- all for boys, this was my first time getting paid for the cake and I got to do it for a girl! Finally, Wilton class II flowers paid off! I used Cool Whip frosting for the carriage, BC for the bottom round and greenery, and Royal icing daisys. My baby head was made of white chocolate. I am new to decorating and have yet to attempt fondant.
